Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our catalogue, decide which item(s) you would like
to order - if you wish to see an enlarged image, double click

your credit card company will convert the transaction to US

shipping and handling:
All orders for UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail recorded
delivery. To Europe and most other parts of the world the
goods are sent by airparcel post. When making payment for
the goods ordered, you will be asked for the delivery address.
The software will then automatically calculate the relevant
shipping costs, based on weight and destination, and add it
to the invoice. Please note that wherever possible we use
a service that requires a signature on delivery.
delivery schedule:
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. We will
normally send your order out to you within 3 to 4 working
days. In the event of a longer delay we will advise you by
e-mail, so please ensure we have your e-mail address. If you
have an urgent order please e-mail or phone us first to confirm
the stock position and whether we can meet your particular
deadline.
back orders:
If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock,
we will back order it for you. In such cases you will always
be emailed with the anticipated date of despatch. In the event
that this date is unacceptable you will have the option to
cancel your order for a full refund.
tax charges:
For all orders sent within the UK or the European Union,
17.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to the total. Orders
from all other countries are not subject to VAT and therefore
are VAT free. When completing your order our software will
automatically calculate whether VAT is applicable based on
the delivery address.
credit card security:
All credit card numbers are automatically encrypted by our
software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted
by the Protx computer. They are not held in clear text
on any web site.
guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that
you are not delighted with any product you have purchased
please return it undamaged in its original packaging within
20 days for a full refund of the product price plus VAT
if applicable. All other refunds will be given at the discretion
of the Company Management.
